Swiss made for Swiss sports

In contrast to classic strength training, the focus of Functional training is not only on one muscle group, but on high-quality movement sequences. Classic core elements of functional training are jumping, hopping, pulling, pushing and stretching.
Cornerstone for own performance improvement. More stability, strength and body control during movements can avoid accidents when strong forces are applied and significantly increases performance. Which can be used to one’s own advantage in other sports and extreme sports.
In contrast to classic muscle building training, Functional Training is based on free exercises that stabilize and strengthen the entire body. It’s the mix/variety that makes it – also in training!

Marco Odermatt started the new season with determination and success.
In past he has repeatedly emphasized the importance of extensive preparation with endurance and strength training. The right set-up and the right material are crucial here.
In developing the SWISS LINE series, we incorporated the basic concepts of training: Longevity and Sustainability. For this reason, we use extremely high-quality steel for our SWISS LINE products.
At the same time, the material thickness has also been increased by a whopping 33 percent from 3 mm to 4 mm compared to other racks. The profile of the installed steel tubes is also now significantly larger at 80 mm x 80 mm compared to other racks, which are equipped with tubes measuring 75 mm x 75 cm. This makes the SWISS LINE products from cross equip even more massive and stable and thus ready for enormous training weights.

“What I also like about cross equip is the Swiss Line. Nowadays it is becoming more and more important that this “Swissness” is represented as a company and that the products are produced in Switzerland. So you also know what’s behind it. The quality is high and it has everything I need as a skier.” Odermatt
