Returns

You have 14 days to initiate the return. The products must be in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging. The buyer pays the postage. If there is a discrepancy, you may contact us at any time.

1. Fill in all the required information
2. Print out the return form
3. Place the top part in the parcel and seal it securely.
4. Stick the address on the parcel
5. Frank the parcel accordingly or bring it to us personally
6. We will check the parcel and then return the outstanding amount to you via payment method
