The Rig Hanger from cross equip is designed to expand the uses of a rig without changing the footprint. The unit installs with both the cross equip A-Line and Swiss Line and provides an additional muscle-up or ring training station in a snap, without having to give up a pull-up station.
Safety Instructions:
The rig must be anchored to the ground to use the Shrimp Trawler.
There must be a minimum distance of 10 feet between two mounted trawlers. This prevents athletes from getting in each other’s way during a muscle up.
Before use, J-Cups and other objects must be removed from the rig and all obstacles must be removed from around the rig.
