Murph

Murph is one of, if not THE, most famous CrossFit Hero workouts! This workout was written in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. It is traditionally done once a year on Memorial Day.
