Deadlift Bar 20kg

The cross equip deadlift bar is the perfect choice for anyone or everyone who wants to take their deadlift training to the next level and is so far unique in Switzerland. With a length of 2270mm and a handle diameter of 27mm, this bar is ideal for heavy deadlifts. It is more flexible than a power bar, which makes it perfect for deadlift training. The pick-up length is 39cm.

Squat Bar 25kg

The Junior Training Bar has the same internal dimensions of 131cm as its big brothers. The Junior Training Bar also fits into the rack. Compared to other bars, the Junior Training Bar has a weight absorption of 17cm each and is therefore a little shorter and more space-saving.

Loadable Olympic dumbbell 6kg

Along with barbells, dumbbells are the backbone of many CrossFit and strength workouts. The Olympic dumbbell is the little sister of the Olympic barbell and offers the same unique advantages during training.

Especially in professional fitness studios and CrossFit boxes, Olympic dumbbells are the means of choice for intensive workouts due to their flexibility and longevity. But our Olympic dumbbells also show their strengths in the demanding home gym.

With a weight of 6kg, the solid steel Olympia dumbbell already has an impressive weight. This makes it suitable for many shoulder isolation exercises even without weight plates.

A loadable Olympic dumbbell can be equipped completely freely. Whether it’s suitable 2.5 kg light discs for isolation exercises or 10 kg plates for the back of the dumbbell band – that doesn’t matter with an Olympic dumbbell.

The barbell has two weight holders with a diameter of 50 mm. This means that it can accommodate all weight plates with a bore of 50 or 51 mm.

Axle Bar short 4.6kg

The real secret of our short Axle Bar lies dormant beneath the surface. The innocent-looking black powder coating has it all behind the ears. It is a high-tech ceramic coating. This is also used in the firearms industry and is characterized by some excellent material properties.

Thanks to the Cerakote coating, the Axle Bar is not only extremely scratch and abrasion resistant. In addition, the material is characterized by its enormous hardness, high corrosion protection and resistance to chemicals, cleaning agents and sweat. This ensures a long shelf life in the home gym as well as in the CrossFit box and in professional fitness studios.

The special feature of the Axle Bar is the large diameter of the handle, so that the hand cannot completely close the bar during training. Because more pressure is required to hold the bar, the focus when training with the device is on building grip strength. Just like a classic Olympic barbell, the short axle bar is in principle suitable for all exercises that can also be performed with a barbell bar. Multi Grip Bar 20kg

Who wouldn’t just want to change the grip position in the middle of a workout to get rid of the annoying pinch in the shoulder or to address the target muscles from a different angle? This is exactly what is possible with the Multi Grip Bar, which is designed for varied upper body and shoulder training. Thanks to its special shape, the Multi Grip Bar provides several grip widths and grip angles, which enables training in a wide variety of exercises with pronated, supinated and neutral forearms.

The angle and distance between our wrists controls the focus of the workout. With the Multi Grip Bar you can perform presses with different widths in a neutral grip, which is beneficial for the shoulder in many ways. This is relieved by the neutral grip, whereby the load is focused on the chest, e.g. during bench presses. Thanks to the varied grip widths, the focus can be placed on the chest, shoulders or triceps during the same exercise.

But the Multigrip Bar is also made for ergonomic curl movements and gentle triceps training. SZ Curl Bar 8.7kg

Whether for biceps training, the neck or the legs, the SZ Curl Bar is a real all-rounder that should not be missing in any fitness arsenal.

When you first look at the SZ Curl Bar, the curved shape catches the eye. The pronounced SZ shape of the bar, which has a handle diameter of 28 mm, follows anatomical aspects and is optimally tailored to ergonomic training.

Trap Bar 20kg

The special thing about the Trap Bar is its generous hexagonal shape, whereby the athlete is inside the hexagon. As usual, the plates lie on the left and right side of the body. In contrast to the classic dumbbell bar, the special shape shifts the axial load distribution.

While the focus of a classic barbell is either in front of or behind the spine, depending on the exercise, it is in the center when training with the trap bar. This has a number of advantages:

  • More even load on the spine, muscles and joints
  • Setting new, unfamiliar training stimuli for more strength and muscle growth
  • Trap bars can be used flexibly for different exercises
  • Additional stability ensures a safer execution of many exercises

Olympische Training Bar 7kg

Our Olympic training bar is ideal for training beginners due to its lower weight and shorter length. But seniors and young people can also ideally get into the sport with the barbell bar. Apart from length and weight, the training bar has all the important features of a classic Olympic gown. First and foremost the weight plate holder with a diameter of 50 millimeters.
In contrast to the classic Olympic dumbbells, the training bar should not be dropped.
